I have 2 Virtual Server 2012 R2 servers, each on different physical host machines. I have 5 shared folders on the Primary Server that I want replicated to the Secondary Server. For each share I pre-seeded the folder on the secondary server with Robocopy.
I then shared the folder, created the folder target and replication group. The first 4 groups were created about a week before the 5th group. Only the 5th group is showing no errors when running a DFSR Health report. I've tried the following steps to correct
this on one of the first 4 folders/replication groups by doing the following:
1. Simply deleting the replication group and recreating it. After both deleting and recreating running: repadmin /syncall /AeD & dfsrdiag pollad (on both servers)
2. Deleting the replication group, running the same commands listed above, with the additional step of deleting the DFSR Private folders from both folders.
3. Deleting the replication group, renaming the folder on the second server, creating a new folder to replicate to, running the same commands listed above and deleting the DFSR Private folder from the Primary server.
The results are all the same.

It seems odd that one of the 5 replication groups was created and seems to be functioning without any errors. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
